All of our kits designed for houses (on-grid and off-grid) are supplied with full instructions and telephone support, however a competent electrician should be used to make the final connection.

This large scale off-grid kit is ideal for off-grid homes. In UK summer conditions this system could generate approximately 40.0kWh per day. This system includes a 5000Va (4000w) inverter charger.
The 11400W, 48V, 7.7kWh Professional Off-Grid Solar System includes the following components:

1 x Victron MultiPlus-II 48V 5000Va Inverter-Charger (upgrade options for 48V 8000Va MultiPlus-II or 48V 10kVA MultiPlus-II)
1 x Victron SmartSolar MPPT-RS 450/200-MC4
1 x Victron RJ45 UTP Cable (3m)
1 x Victron VE.Direct Cable (3m)
3 x DC isolator switches
24 x Aluminium L shape mounting brackets (set of 6)
3 x MC4 type connectors (1 pair, male & female)
1 x KETO Fuse Switch Disconnector (size 1 body) with 2x 200A fuse links
60 meters of 4mm single core solar cable
8 meters of 70mm single core cable (4m red, 4m black)
16 x Cable lugs (16 x 25/8)
2 x 10mm bolts (for Lynx)
1 x Victron VE.Can to CAN-bus BMS cable Type A 5m
2 x Pylon US5000 Lithium Battery (usable capacity of 7.7kWh) (upgrade options for 3, 4x US5000 batteries)

Further batteries can be added upon request, and we can supply Pylon Rack Cabinets for these batteries also, please contact us for further information.
Lithium batteries will accept a significantly higher charge rate, so will reduce generator run time if one is present in the system.

Please note that that the mounts supplied are basic aluminium L-shape brackets. For tiled or corrugated roof surfaces different mounting options will be needed. Please email [email protected] if you need different mounting options for your kit.
Pre-wired Option:
Option includes a 1.2m x 1.2m board with your solar kit mounted upon. Built up here in our workshop prior to delivery. Wired, tested and ready to go. Our pre-assembled plug & play kits will remove much of the DIY element of our off grid kits.
Leaving you to simply
- Mount the solar panels.
- Wire up your solar panels to the pre-assembled board using the simple pre-wired cables.
- Connect the batteries.
