Delivery and Returns

 

Upon receipt of your order please check the condition, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods if anything is damaged or untoward. We are unable to process courier warranty claims after 24 hours. 

 

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We have a flat rate charge of £8.40 for all items delivered to mainland UK addresses (DHL Zone A). Highlands, Islands and some Scottish addresses may be charged at a higher rate. Smaller items can be sent at a lower rate, though this would need to be arranged manually. If you have any shipping queries please feel free to contact us at [email protected].

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept all debit and credit cards except Amex, both online and over the phone. PayPal is also accepted via online purchases

How long will delivery take?

If your order is placed before 12 midday, Monday to Friday, it will be dispatched for delivery the next working day. We use UK Mail and almost all orders arrive the next day however this is not a guaranteed service.

In the rare circumstance that you have an issue with the delivery please be aware that once it has left our warehouse it is out of our hands. We will however do everything possible to track and trace your item and chase up any issuses that may occur if required. Please contact us if you are having trouble tracking your order.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your personal data is safe with us, we will not sell or use your data to contact you in anyway other than inform you of the current order status.

No payment information is available to us as it is processed by SagePay and Paypal on their secure servers.

What exactly happens after ordering?

If ordered before 12 noon on a working week day your order will be immediately processed and packed. After 12 midday this may happen at any time before the next working day at 12 noon.

Our delivery driver arrives at approximately 2pm and at that point you may receive a second email with delivery details.

Your order should be delivered between 8am and 6pm the following day.

Can I track my order or change delivery address?

After ordering you may receive a second email with delivery details which will including tracking information through our courier’s website.

You may also be given the choice to change a delivery address to divert the parcel to a ServicePoint. Whilst this is possible, we are being advised by UK Mail that larger orders, including solar panels, are being rejected by the ServicePoints due to the size and weight. In these instances orders are being returned to us to rearrange a delivery. We do not recommend rearranging your order to be delivered to a ServicePoint as it may be rejected. This will delay your order and we may not be able to rearrange delivery before it is returned back to us.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

If ordering online you will be sent an invoice via email straight after the order is complete.

When processed via phone a printed copy is included in your order package. An emailed copy can be sent upon request.

How will Brexit affect deliveries into the EU?

EU customers will no longer be charged UK VAT, however you may have to pay import duties and fees when receiving your EU delivery. Deliveries to the EU may take a little longer due to new customs requirements.

 

Returns

30 day free returns policy: If for any reason you are unhappy with the time you ordered or no longer require it within the first 30 days after purchase we are happy to accept and refund the item cost as long as it is in new condition. We do not refund dispatch postage or returns postage costs.
