Standard Pop Top Van Conversion Kit

The Standard Pop Top Van Conversion Kit is ideal for a Mazda Bongo, Nissan NV200 or Volkswagen T4/5/6 with a Pop Top roof – this is the system we would typically fit to this type of vehicle.

The lightweight 180w Solmax panel is capable of generating approximately 126ah per day in UK summer conditions. This should be enough for off grid use with 12v pumps, compressor refrigerator, lights and some light inverter usage for small devices.

This kit also includes a VSR to allow split charging from the alternator to the leisure battery and from the solar to the engine battery when the van is not being used.

A 12v 95ah AGM battery provides the storage in this system.

Lastly a Victron Multiplus 500va inverter charger gives an AC output for light usage of small mains devices off grid – this device also gives the facility to plug into the mains (hook-up) to supply power to devices and charge the batteries simultaneously,.
